The Mercurio Hotel, a two stars hotel in Milan, faces onto the canals of via Ascanio Sforza, only a stone´s throw away from the area of the city which was once dedicated to industry. Today it is dedicated to the creative activities which have turned the Made in Italy brand in fashion, furniture and textiles into the best brand in the world.
The great location of our hotel, easily reached by both overground and underground (metropolitan green line 2) public transport, is ideal for business trips which require all of Milan to be within easy reach (the Fiera Milano City, and the Fiera Milano in Rho/Pero which is less than 20 minutes away), for study purposes as the University of Languages and Communication IULM and the Bocconi University are within a stone´s throw of our hotel, and for pleasure as the San Siro Stadium (Meazza Stadium), the Duomo (the Cathedral), the Sforzesco Castle, etc. are all within a few minutes reach.


Here is a short guide which helps you to reach our hotel.

BY PLANE:
- From Linate Airport and/or Orio Al Serio Airport (Bergamo): take the Shuttle to the Central Train Station.
From here, there are 2 possibilities:

• 1) Take the metro line 2 (Green) and get off at the ROMOLO stop. The hotel is only 500 metres away. Take Viale Liguria and turn right at the second set of traffic lights (Via Cardinale Ascaniuo Sforza).
• 2) Take the metro line 3 (Yellow) and get off at the DUOMO stop. Then take the 15 tram and get off in Corso S.Gottardo (at the corner of Viale Tibaldi).

or from Linate Airport, take the 73 filobus, direction San Babila and get off at the Viale Corsica (at the corner of Viale Campania). From here take the 90 filobus and get off at Viale Tibaldi (at the corner of Via Cardinale Ascanio Sforza), where the hotel is at number 73.

- From Malpensa airport, take:

• 1) the "Malpensa Express" train which takes you to Cadorna Train Station. Then take the metro line 2 (Green) and get off at the ROMOLO stop.
• 2) or the "Malpensa Shuttle" until Railway Central Station. Then take metro line 2 (green), direction Famagosta, get off at the ROMOLO stop.

From Romolo station, the hotel is only 500 metres away.
Take Viale Liguria and turn right at the second set of traffic lights (Via Cardinale Ascanio Sforza), where the hotel is at number 73.


BY CAR:
- At the motorway, take the Tangenziale Ovest (the West Ring Road) and Exit at "Viale Liguria".
Continue straight on until Piazza Belfanti.
Then turn right onto Viale Liguria and turn right again at Via Cardinale Ascanio Sforza (at the first crossroads), where the hotel is at number 73.


BY TRAIN:
- There are 2 possibilities from the railway train station:

• 1) Take the metro line 2 (Green) and get off at the ROMOLO stop. The hotel is only 500 metres away. Take Viale Liguria and turn right at the second set of traffic lights (Via Cardinale Ascanio Sforza).
• 2) Take the metro line 3 (Yellow) and get off at the DUOMO stop. Then take the 15 tram and get off in Corso S.Gottardo (at the corner of Viale Tibaldi).
